​Dr. KENNETH BALLANTYNE

Is a Yale educated Lawyer and Management Consultant whose career spans four decades during which he has worked in the private and public sector in the United States of America, Africa and the Caribbean having also worked briefly with the United Nations. Until recently, Dr Ballantyne served as the Legal and Financial Advisor to the Ministry of Finance and was Head of the Citizenship by Investment Unit in the Office of the Prime Minister of St. Kitts and Nevis where he is credited with the successful development and implementation of the country’s dedicated citizenship processing unit. He previously served as the country’'s Solicitor General.
